Feeding Guide for Horses

FEEDING RECOMMENDATIONS:

It is important to always introduce a new type of feed to your animals gradually, to allow their digestive systems to adjust. We recommend doing this over a period of 7-8 days.

Feed LUCERNE HAYLAGE initially by weight and not volume. This is particularly important for horses, as lucerne is both more dense and more moist than hay. Divide daily portion in half, and feed twice daily to horses. Deer, cattle, goats, alpacas and sheep can eat lucerne haylage as a supplementary feed.

PLEASE ensure your animals have access to clean, fresh water at all times
